AtlasSchema

AtlasSchema documentation

How to check your website’s structured data, keep it fixed, and work with your team and clients. For developers: the SDK guide (WordPress, PHP and JavaScript) and the API reference.

On this page

Getting started

  1. Create a free account at the dashboard (an email code, then a password).
  2. Open Websites and choose Add website. Enter the address, such as https://example.com.
  3. The first check starts at once. AtlasSchema reads your robots.txt and sitemap (or follows links when there is no sitemap) and checks up to your plan’s pages per check.
  4. Open the website to see its score, the pages with errors first, and the most common problems.

Just want to try one page? The free check needs no account and stores nothing.

Reading the results

AI crawlers

Every check also tests whether the AI crawlers can read your website, in every plan. Open the website’s AI crawlers tab to see the result.

Our test requests come from AtlasSchema’s server and add AtlasSchema-AccessCheck/1.0 to the crawler’s user agent, a handful per check. A firewall that checks a crawler’s real network can answer the real crawler differently. On WordPress, the Atlas Schema plugin’s AI crawler settings write the robots.txt rules for both groups.

Monitoring and alerts

The WordPress plugin

The free Atlas Schema plugin prints one connected structured data graph per page (Organization, WebSite, WebPage, breadcrumbs, articles, FAQ, products…). Connected to AtlasSchema, it sends each page for checking as soon as you save it.

  1. Download Atlas Schema from our WordPress plugin page and upload it under Plugins › Add New › Upload Plugin.
  2. In the AtlasSchema dashboard, open the website and its Connect tab, and create a key. Owners and admins can.
  3. In WordPress, open Schema → Validate, paste the key in the “Full-site validation with AtlasSchema” card and save.
  4. Press Send all pages now once. Later updates are sent on their own.

The plugin sends only each page’s address, title and the structured data it prints; no other content and no visitor data. Disconnect stops it.

Not on WordPress? The SDK guide shows the same in PHP (Laravel, Symfony, Joomla, plain PHP) and JavaScript (Node, Next.js, React).

Google Search Console

On Pro and Agency, connect Google Search Console to see Google’s own verdict next to AtlasSchema’s check: whether a page is indexed and whether Google found valid rich results.

  1. Open a website’s Search Console tab and choose Connect with Google (the team owner does this with their own Google account).
  2. Allow read-only access on Google’s page. AtlasSchema picks the property that matches the website; you can choose another.
  3. Pages are inspected after each check and on demand (“Ask Google” on a page), within Google’s daily limit.

AtlasSchema never changes anything in Search Console. Disconnect Google revokes the access at Google. How the data is used: privacy policy.

History

On Pro (90 days) and Agency (365 days), AtlasSchema keeps a version of a page’s structured data every time it changes. The Changes tab lists what changed across the website (types added or removed, properties changed); a page’s drawer shows its versions.

Getting help

The dashboard’s Help page has short guides and a contact form, and every error in the dashboard explains what to do. You can also write to contact@atlasaidev.com.
